| Zyad joined the firm in 2009 and has successfully passed his Beirut Bar entry exam in 2009.
Zyad mostly practices corporate and commercial law in Lebanon and Qatar. He is also involved in real estate, insurance, taxation and litigation matters.
Zyad works on various matters in several areas of Law such as corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, companies structuring, banking & finance, trademarks and intellectual property rights and other relevant legal topics.
Zyad graduated from Saint Joseph University, Beirut with French and Lebanese Master of Law. Also, Zyad holds a certificate of completion of an Advanced Level of the Georgetown University Legal English Proficiency Program.
Prior to joining the firm, Zyad worked for 3 years in several web-marketing companies.
Zyad assisted in establishing the research unit at Loubnanouna (a scholarly and advocacy NGO), and he was the delegate of Nahar Ash-Shabab newspaper.
Zyad is fluent in Arabic, French and English. |
