| Neyla joined the firm in 2009 after having worked in an international law firm in Paris; she successfully passed her Beirut Bar entry exam in 2009.
Neyla works mostly in corporate, commercial, real estate, banking and finance.
Neyla obtained her law degree from Saint Joseph University, Beirut and continued a higher education in Paris, France where she obtained her masters in Business Law. Neyla also holds a Specialized Master in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC Business School.
Neyla is currently working on a juris doctorate thesis on M&A at the University of Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne.
Neyla is a member of the Beirut Bar Association committee for the management of trainees’ affairs.
Neyla is fluent in Arabic, French and English. |
