| Michel Doueihy joined the firm in 2008, and has been a member of the Beirut Bar association since 2003.
Michel is specialized in commercial and civil litigation, as well as in corporate law. He is also specialized in real estate financing, construction, Wakef, lease and transfer property.
He has worked on sophisticated operations of expropriations for public utilities and on capital gain taxes resulting from expropriations.
Michel has a wide experience in taxation (income, real-estate and inheritance taxes).
Michel graduated from Lebanese University with a Master of Lebanese Law.
Michel is a founding member of an urbanism association, HUMAN & URBAN.
Michel is fluent in Arabic, French and English. |
