| Marie-Anne joined the firm in 2008, and passed her Beirut Bar entry exams in January 2009. Marie-Anne moved to the Qatar office in February 2010.
Marie-Anne works primarily in corporate, commercial and banking and finance law, and has worked on several conventional and Sharia’a compliant transactions.
Marie-Anne has published articles on anti-money laundering and anti-corruption legislation in Lebanon.
Marie-Anne graduated from La Sagesse University with a Bachelor of Civil Law in 2004, and with an advanced graduate degree (DEA) in Private Law in 2007.
Prior to joining the firm, Marie-Anne was working in the legal department of a leading Lebanese bank.
Marie-Anne currently volunteers for Injaz Al Arab, teaching young Qatari women how to run a business.
Marie-Anne is fluent in Arabic, French and English. |
