| Karen Malek joined the firm in 2007 and has passed her Beirut Bar entry exam in 2008.
Karen represents clients in corporate/commercial, M&A, banking and finance (both Islamic and Conventional), insurance and medical law. She also advises a number of clients in environmental law, including on Kyoto compliant development, ERPAs and Kyoto compliant project financing.
Karen has contributed to publications on the subjects of insurance, IP and business law, as well as on anti-corruption law.
Karen holds a Bachelor in Civil Law from St. Joseph University, Beirut, and an LL.M from McGill University (Montreal).
Karen is fluent in Arabic, French and English. |
