| Ramy Aoun joined the firm in 2002 and is a member of the Beirut Bar since 1998.
Ramy has been involved in a number of merger and acquisitions, in pan-Arab privatization of telecommunications and has a vast experience in construction, project finance and corporate law, as well as work in the IP/IT fields and media. Ramy was a speaker in various IP workshops, as well as corporate governance and construction presentations. Ramy has also participated in a number of publications in intellectual property, media and telecommunications as well as corporate and regulatory. Ramy also advises on one of the leading pan-Arab television social talk shows.
Ramy obtained his law degrees from La Sagesse University, Beirut (Lebanese Master of Laws, Major in Business Law) and continued his higher education in Montpellier France where he obtained a D.E.A. in Intellectual and Industrial Property in 1999, and followed a number of courses on competition and EU laws.
Also, Ramy is also active with the Cambridge Institute of Global Leadership where he as a member of the executive committee for the Lebanese branch.
Ramy is fluent in Arabic, English, French and Italian. |
